              Featured Speaker: Chief Sharif Mezayek, Jarrell ISD Police Department

              Join us as we welcome Chief Sharif Mezayek, founding Chief of the Jarrell ISD Police Department, as our featured speaker. With 29 years of law enforcement experience spanning roles as a Detective, Sergeant, Deputy Sheriff, and School Resource Officer, Chief Mezayek brought that expertise to Jarrell ISD, where he built the district's police department into a team of seven — a Chief of Police, six officers, and an administrative assistant — combining more than 175 years of law enforcement experience. Before coming to Jarrell, he served as Chief of Police at Liberty Hill ISD, and was recently honored by the Chamber as Civil Servant of the Year. Don't miss this chance to hear firsthand about school safety, community partnership, and what it takes to build a police department from the ground up.
