Cover all wages and Workers Compensation Insurance costs.
Conduct an orientation and training session prior to student(s) begin working.
Sponsor a Meet & Greet/Job Fair (tentatively Mid- May) event where you will be able to meet, interview, and select student candidates. Specific dates and locations will be announced in a follow email.
Accommodations will be provided as required by participating students.
Employers Responsibilities:
Provide a job description for each different job you would like a worker/trainee assigned.
Provide enough work to keep a worker/trainee engaged and provide proper equipment, training and materials to carry out assignments.
Maintain permanent time and attendance records for each worker/trainee and submit time sheets on a weekly basis as scheduled.
Participant in an employer orientation.
